Registration Fee *

There is a $20 registration fee per dancer. If you are registering for more than one student, registration is $20 for the first child and $10 for each additional child.

I acknowledge that my child(ren) is/are not registered as a student at the Columbia Dance Academy until I have paid the registration fee and received confirmation that my payment has been received.
